The independent Filter Fan Units of the AIR-2-HC series have been developed from the AIR-2-AS: they maintain the main construction characteristics and the difference lies in the adoption of high capacity absolute filters and therefore the possibility of developing greater capacities with the same plant dimensions. They are equipped by a complete command, control and protection system built into the Unit, which eliminates all the control equipment that is normally mounted on the Filling Machine control board and EC intelligent fan.

Flat disposable pre-filter

G4 class in accordance to EN779:2012 standard.

Radial electric fan

with an EC electric motor, coupled directly to an aluminium rotor with inverted blades.

EC Controller

built into the fan to action, control and regulate it.

Absolute filter

with low pressure drop, EN 1882 class.

Electrical panel

built into the unit to action, control and protect it.

Differential fan

and filter status pressure switches.

Pocket filters

F9 class, in compliance with the EN779 standards, complete with stainless steel filter-holder housing

Bus interface

through the BUS interface the unit can communicate with all the more common industrial protocols.
