Perforated Panels

Combining the robust features of solid panels with precision airflow management, these panels include chamfered holes and offer nominal air open ratios ranging from 14% to 26% to meet specific airflow demands inside cleanrooms. They are manufactured with strict quality control to ensure minimum emission of volatile organic compounds (VOCs) and to meet electrostatic or conductivity requirements.

View Panels

These panels incorporate customized acrylic or polycarbonate inserts, providing visibility and easy access to gauges, piping, and electrical wiring running under the floor. They can be tailored to meet specific loading requirements.

Finished Floor Height (FFH)

Ranging from 160 to 1,500 mm (6.30 to 59.06 inches).

Axial Loading Capacity

Ranging from 4,000 to 15,000 kgf (8,800 to 33,000 lbf). Specific capacities depend on the type:

  • Aluminum S/D: 4,000 kgf (8,800 lbs).
  • Aluminum H/D: 5,800 kgf (12,500 lbs).
  • Steel S/D: 7,500 kgf (16,500 lbs).
  • Steel H/D: 8,000 kgf (M16) or 10,000 kgf (M20) (17,600 lbs or 22,000 lbs).
  • H2 Pedestal: 15,000 kgf (33,000 lbs).
  • H3 Steel S/D or H/D Pedestals: 10,000 kgf (22,000 lbs).

Pedestals

Pedestals are available in aluminum, steel, or a combination thereof. These custom-designed components are proven to meet various axial loading requirements. They typically provide flexibility in height adjustment, usually within ±25 mm.

Stringers

Aluminum stringers are offered in two different sizes to ensure compatibility with both 24-inch and 600 mm Raised Access Floor Systems. The primary function of stringers is to provide excellent additional lateral support during the process of tool move-in. Stringers are available with finishes including bare aluminum, electrocoating, or epoxy powder coating.
